1. ORGANIZER

The Sales Nationals (“Competition”) is owned and operated by DealBooster, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, United States (“Organizer”).

The Sales Nationals is a skill-based sales competition.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are legal residents of any country where participation is lawful
• Are not employees of DealBooster, Inc.

Employees of sponsors and partners may participate, unless otherwise stated in specific sponsor challenges.

Certain public, competitive, or prize-related features may require additional identity verification, as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Void where prohibited by law.

Participants who achieve first place on any leaderboard must complete identity verification as described in these Official Rules.

Failure to complete identity verification will result in the first-place result being deemed invalid and reassigned to the next eligible participant.

3. NO GAMBLING / NO CHANCE ELEMENT

• This Competition is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or gambling activity.
• Winners are determined solely by skill-based performance.
• Paid participation purchases evaluation attempts, not chances to win.
• Performance, not randomness, determines rankings and outcomes.

4. COMPETITION STRUCTURE

The Competition consists of the following stages:

a) Free Try Stage

Participants may receive a limited number of free attempts to:

• Experience the platform
• Participate in training challenges
• Receive performance feedback
• Earn personal badges
• Appear on Daily Leaderboards only

Free attempts do not qualify for:

• Weekly or Monthly leaderboard placement
• Championship participation
• Prizes or Finals eligibility

b) Monthly Competition (Paid Participants Only)

Participants who purchase attempts may:

• Compete for Weekly and Monthly Champion rankings
• Appear on official Weekly and Monthly Leaderboards
• Become eligible for Finals qualification

c) Live Finals

Only the first-place winner of each Monthly Leaderboard qualifies for the Live Finals.

A participant may qualify for the Live Finals only once per season.

If a participant who has already qualified for the Live Finals places first again in a subsequent month, the Finals qualification passes to the next highest-ranked eligible participant on that Monthly Leaderboard.

Finals are conducted live in the United States (location to be announced).

Finalists compete under identical conditions in front of:

• AI evaluation systems
• Invited industry judges

5. ATTEMPTS AND PAYMENTS

• Participants may purchase attempts individually or in bundles.
• There is no limit on the number of attempts.
• Payment grants access to participation and evaluation services only.
• Payments do not guarantee ranking, advancement, or prizes.

6. SCORING AND EVALUATION

Online Stages

• Scored by automated AI-based evaluation systems
• Assessed on predefined sales performance criteria

Finals

• Scored by AI systems plus invited professional judges

All scores are final except in cases of:

• Cheating
• Fraud
• Technical abuse
• Rule violations

7. CHEATING AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Voice cloning or impersonation
• Coordinated or copied responses
• Use of unauthorized scripts, bots, or AI assistants
• Manipulation of scoring systems
• Circumventing platform safeguards

Organizer may detect violations using automated systems, including computer vision and pattern recognition.

8. DISQUALIFICATION

Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant:

• For rule violations
• For suspected manipulation or abuse
• Without prior notice

Disqualification decisions are final and non-appealable.

9. PRIZES

• Prizes may include cash prizes, titles, badges, or other rewards
• Prize structure may vary by season
• Prize amounts are announced on the Site
• Winners are solely responsible for all taxes
• Prizes are awarded via Organizer-approved methods

No prize transfer or substitution.

10. BADGES AND PUBLIC RECOGNITION

Participants may earn personal, daily, monthly, or other competition-related badges or titles.

Achievements earned through participation may remain non-public by default.

Leaderboard participation is an integral part of the Competition and is public by design.

Participants may compete using a display name or nickname.

If a participant achieves a score that places them in first position on any leaderboard (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), the following become mandatory in order for the result to be confirmed:

• identity verification via a valid LinkedIn profile
• consent to display their real name and verified LinkedIn profile on the leaderboard

Until these conditions are met, the first-place result is not finalized, the attempt is not counted as a valid first-place result, and the leaderboard position is reassigned to the next eligible participant.

By completing identity verification for first-place confirmation, the participant expressly consents to the public display of their real name and verified LinkedIn profile in connection with the leaderboard result.

Badge sharing to external platforms (including LinkedIn) is user-initiated only.

The Organizer does not publish participant achievements publicly without required consent.

11. SPONSORS

• Certain challenges may be sponsored
• Sponsors may receive aggregated insights
• Sponsor access to participant profiles requires participant consent

Sponsors do not influence scoring.

12. DATA AND CONTENT

• Audio recordings are not stored
• Text transcripts may be processed for evaluation
• Organizer may use anonymized data for analytics

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Organizer is not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Network interruptions
• Unauthorized interference

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

15. ACCEPTANCE

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and the Terms of Service. Acceptance includes agreement with the public nature of leaderboard results and the identity verification requirements for first-place rankings.
