• We do not store audio recordings of pitches.
• We store text-based transcriptions of pitches for scoring, analytics, and competition integrity purposes.

3. Public Participation and Identity Verification

The Sales Nationals is a public competition. Participation in the Competition includes public display of rankings and results as part of the competitive format.

Certain participation modes are limited based on the type of access:

Free Participation
Participants using free access may:
• appear on Daily Leaderboards
• earn personal, non-competitive badges

Free participation does not qualify for:
• Weekly or Monthly Leaderboards
• Championship rankings
• prizes or Finals eligibility

Paid Participation
Only paid participants are eligible to:
• appear on Weekly and Monthly Leaderboards
• compete for Championship rankings
• qualify for prizes and Finals

Identity Verification for Winners
Providing a LinkedIn profile is not required for general participation or leaderboard visibility.

However, participants who achieve first place in any Leaderboards must complete identity verification through a LinkedIn profile.

To be recognized as a winner, the participant must:
• successfully verify their LinkedIn profile
• allow their LinkedIn profile to be publicly displayed in the leaderboard

If identity verification is not completed, the first-place status will not be awarded, and the next eligible participant will be recognized as the winner.

4. AI and Automated Evaluation

We use automated evaluation systems (AI) to score and rank participants during online stages of the Competition.

• AI scoring is skill-based, consistent, and non-random
• Final stages may include AI + human judges
• Decisions are final, except in cases of rule violations or fraud detection

5. Sharing of Information

5.1 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted providers that help us operate the Site, including:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)

We may offer participants the opportunity to be discovered by sponsors and recruiting partners as part of The Sales Nationals competition.

You may withdraw your consent at any time through your account settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred prior to revocation.

Sharing with sponsors and recruiting partners occurs only for participants who have provided a LinkedIn profile and explicitly opted in to such sharing.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Email Communications

We use email for:

• Service and competition-related notifications
• Marketing and promotional communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. Service-related emails are mandatory.

7. LinkedIn and Social Sharing

Badge and achievement sharing to LinkedIn is user-initiated only.

We do not post on your behalf without your explicit action.

For Competition winners, public display of a verified LinkedIn profile is required in order to confirm first-place status and official recognition.

8. International Users

The Competition is international. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
