Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.thesalesnationals.com (the “Site”) and participation in The Sales Nationals competition (the “Competition”).
The Site and Competition are owned and operated by DealBooster, Inc., a company incorporated in the State of California, United States (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or participating in the Competition, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or participate.
1. Eligibility
You may participate only if:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You are not an employee of DealBooster, Inc.
Participation is international, subject to local laws.
Participation in public rankings, leaderboards, prizes, badges, or sponsor- or recruiter-facing features may require identity verification, including submission of a LinkedIn profile, as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the Competition
The Sales Nationals is a skill-based sales competition.
- Outcomes depend on participant performance
- No element of chance determines results
- Entry fees (paid attempts) purchase participation and evaluation, not a chance to win
The Competition is not a lottery, gambling activity, or casino game.
3. Accounts and Registration
To participate, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- All activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Free Attempts and Paid Attempts
Free attempts provide limited access to the platform for training and exploration purposes.
Participants using free attempts may:
- participate in training challenges
- receive performance feedback
- appear on Daily Leaderboards
- earn personal badges
Free attempts do not qualify for:
- Weekly or Monthly competition rankings
- Championship participation
- Prizes or Finals eligibility
Paid attempts unlock competitive participation and allow participants to:
- appear on Weekly and Monthly Leaderboards
- participate in the Championship
- compete for titles, prizes, and Finals qualification
5. Competition Structure
The Competition consists of:
- Free Try Stage
- Monthly Competition (paid participants only)
- Live Finals (Monthly Winners)
Only the first-place ranked participant in each Monthly Competition qualifies for the Live Finals.
A participant may qualify for the Live Finals only once per season.
If a participant who has already qualified places first again in a subsequent month, the qualification passes to the next highest-ranked eligible participant.
All stages are skill-based.
6. Scoring and Judging
- Online stages are evaluated using automated AI-based scoring systems
- Live Finals are evaluated by AI + invited industry professionals
- Scores are final, except in cases of:
- cheating
- fraud
- rule violations
Identity Verification for First Place
Participants who achieve first place on any Competition leaderboard (including Daily, Weekly, or Monthly leaderboards) are required to complete identity verification.
Identity verification includes submission and verification of a LinkedIn profile and consent to publicly display the participant’s verified identity.
If identity verification is not completed, first-place status will not be awarded, and the next eligible participant will be recognized as the winner.
The Company reserves the right to review results and disqualify participants.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat or attempt to manipulate results
- Use voice cloning or impersonation
- Use unauthorized scripts, bots, or AI tools
- Submit copied or coordinated content
- Reverse engineer scoring systems
- Interfere with platform integrity
We may detect violations using automated systems, including computer vision and pattern analysis.
8. Disqualification
We may disqualify participants:
- For rule violations
- For suspicious or abusive behavior
- Without prior notice
Disqualification decisions are final.
9. Prizes
- Prizes may include cash prizes, titles, badges, or other rewards
- Prize amounts and structure may change by season
- Winners are responsible for all taxes
- Prizes are awarded through Company-approved methods
No substitution or transfer of prizes.
10. Payments
- Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
- Fees are for participation and evaluation services
- All sales are final unless required by law
11. Refunds and Attempt Usage
- Paid attempts are sold as digital participation and evaluation services.
- A refund may be requested only if no paid attempts have been used.
- Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Once any paid attempt is used, the service is considered delivered in full and all purchases become non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for partially used attempt bundles, including cases where a participant has achieved any ranking, title, badge, qualification, or other competition-related outcome.
- Unused attempts have no cash value and may expire in accordance with the applicable season or offer.
- All sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including:
- software
- scoring systems
- branding
- badges
- competition formats
is owned by DealBooster, Inc.
You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part without permission.
13. User Content
By participating, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- process your submissions
- display rankings and badges
- use anonymized data for analytics and insights
We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
If you are eligible for public rankings, you grant the Company the right to display your name, LinkedIn profile, and competition-related titles or rankings on public leaderboards.
14. Public Recognition and Consent
The Sales Nationals is a public competition. Participation in the Competition includes public display of participant rankings and results on leaderboards and competition pages.
Participants may appear on leaderboards using a display name.
Participants who achieve first place on any leaderboard must:
• complete identity verification through a LinkedIn profile
• consent to public display of their verified identity, including name and LinkedIn profile
The Company is not obligated to award first-place status, titles, prizes, or recognition unless these requirements are met.
15. Privacy
Your participation in the Competition is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes the public nature of competition results, identity verification requirements for first-place participants, and consent-based data sharing.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or operational reasons.
17. Disclaimers
The Site and Competition are provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:
- employment outcomes
- sponsorship offers
- career advancement
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealBooster, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
